Raging River Exploration Inc. (“Raging River” or the “Company“) (TSX:RRX) is pleased to announce that it has agreed with the underwriters for its bought-deal financing announced today to increase the size of the bought deal financing to 14,000,000 common shares from 12,500,000 common shares at a price of $5.60 per common share for gross proceeds of $78.4 million. The syndicate of underwriters is led by FirstEnergy Capital Corp. and includes Peters & Co. Limited, Dundee Securities Ltd., Desjardins Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc.
The net proceeds of the financing will be initially used to repay outstanding indebtedness which will be redrawn to fund the acquisition of assets as outlined in the Corporation’s press release dated October 23, 2013.
Closing of the financing is expected on or about November 13, 2013 and is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
