SAN DIEGO, Sept. 01, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Royale Energy, Inc. (OTCQB:ROYL) announced that it has commenced drilling the first well under its joint venture agreement covering the Rio Vista Field in the Sacramento Basin.
