HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:AMID) (“Partnership”) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4125 per common unit, or $1.65 per unit on an annualized basis. The first quarter 2017 distribution represents the twenty-third consecutive quarterly distribution since the initial public offering in 2011.
The distribution will be paid May 12, 2017 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 5, 2017.
