CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – July 23, 2014) – First Mountain Exploration Ltd. (“First Mountain” or the “Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE:FMX) announces that it has completed an arm’s length transaction pursuant to a purchase and sale agreement between the Corporation and an oil and gas producing company whereby the Corporation has divested of certain petroleum and natural gas leases located in the Atlee Buffalo area of Alberta for an aggregate purchase price of CDN$510,000 as previously announced on June 26, 2014.
