Groundstar Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:GSA) (the “Company“) is pleased to announce that at its recently held Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders, Tyron Pfeifer, Dale Hammons, Murray Stodalka and Shabir Premji were elected as directors of the Company. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Deloitte and Touche LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company and reapproved the Company’s rolling Stock Option Plan, as required by TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV“) policies.
