(“Mapan” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:MPG) announces that the Company’s board of directors has granted options to the directors and officers of the Company to acquire an aggregate of 1,065,000 common shares of Mapan at a price of $0.94 per share pursuant to Mapan’s share option plan. The options vest as to one-third on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant, and have a term of 5 years. Mapan currently has 71,420,395 common shares outstanding.
