CaiTerra International Energy Corporation Announces Changes in Management and Second Quarter Financial Reporting

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – June 1, 2015) – CaiTerra International Energy Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CTI) (“CaiTerra” or the “Company“) announces the appointment of Ms. Rebecca Li as the Controller of the Company, the resignation of Mr. Bill Grossholz from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the filing of the Company’s financial results as at and for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.

APPOINTMENT OF CONTROLLER AND DEPARTURE OF CFO

CaiTerra is pleased to announce that Ms. Rebecca Li, of Calgary, Alberta, has accepted the appointment to the position of Controller of the Company. Ms. Li has over 10 years of progressive accounting experience in diversified industries including oil and gas and utilities. She has full cycle experience in financial and management reporting, planning and business analysis. She has been working at senior level role since 2006 and recently as a controller for an oil and gas service company. Ms. Li received her MBA from the University of Calgary and is a Certified General Accountant.

Concurrent with the appointment of Ms. Li, Mr. Bill Grossholz has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Songning Shen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said: “We are sad to see Mr. Grossholz leave the Company and thank him for his many years of service; we wish him the best in all of his future endeavours. At the same time, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Li to the team, and look forward to her contributions to the Company.” Ms. Perla Woo, the President of the Company, will act as interim Chief Financial Officer until a Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
