Dejour Energy Granted Full NYSE MKT Listing Compliance

VANCOUVER, British Columbia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Dejour Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT:DEJ) (TSX: DEJ) (“Dejour” or the “Company”), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company operating in North America’s Piceance Basin and Peace River Arch regions, today announced that it has received notification on June 1, 2015 from the NYSE MKT (“the Exchange”) that it has regained compliance with Section 1003(a)(iv) of the Exchange’s Company Guide as of the end of the maximum eighteen month cure period that ended on May 22, 2015. This requirement addresses a company’s ability to continue to operate as a going concern.

The Company noted that the Exchange is continuing to actively monitor its liquidity position on an ongoing basis, including its progress on several near term milestones communicated to the Exchange in connection with its business plan.
