KwikWork UX 1.3 From enChoice Delivers Configurable Add-On Features for IBM Content Navigator and Case Manager That Improve Time-to-Solution and Reduce Development Costs

TEMPE, AZ–(Marketwired – September 01, 2015) – enChoice®, Inc. announced today the availability of KwikWork UX version 1.3 with add-on features for IBM® Content Navigator (ICN) and Case Manager including contact management and calendaring. KwikWork UX 1.3 is an off-the-shelf product that significantly reduces time-to-solution and development costs for IBM FileNet® and other IBM enterprise content management (ECM) solutions while delivering a highly intuitive user experience.

Companies often spend time and money to customize and extend the functionality of Content Navigator and Case Manager to meet complex business requirements. KwikWork UX 1.3 is a fully configurable solution enabling IBM ECM customers to easily deploy a line of business application in ICN or Case Manager without incurring the costs and risks of custom development. The solution includes full support for all future ICN and Case Manager versions so development teams can focus on other priorities. Features include:

  • Contact Management: Allow users to create or import contacts and attach contact information to documents or cases. Provides easy creation of “customer-centric” applications that expedite issue response times in customer-facing departments such as accounts payable and claims processing.
  • Calendaring: Enable users to schedule events, tasks and reminders without deploying complex workflows or writing code. Items can be shared with others, associated with documents or cases and viewed on a central dashboard.
  • Tab View:Provides a 360 degree view of a case, customer or work item by displaying associated information in one place (e.g. credit report, W2, paystubs, contracts and tax returns for a mortgage application).
