What: First Nations Chiefs, community leaders and legal experts will speak ahead of the commencement of arguments tomorrow morning in the Federal Court of Appeal of multiple legal challenges aimed at overturning the federal government’s approval of the Enbridge Northern Gateway pipeline and oil tankers project.
