(the Company) – Further to TSX Bulletin 2015-1200 dated November 26, 2015, TSX has determined to delist the common shares (Symbol: SGL) of the Company at the close of business on December 31, 2015 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The common shares will remain suspended from trading.
