Globe Newswire

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — North America Frac Sand Inc. (“NAFS” or the “Company”) (OTCQB:NAFS) (www.NAFSINC.ca). David Alexander CEO, today confirmed that, as disclosed in the 8K filed on November 27, 2015, the acquisition of North America Frac Sand (CA) Ltd is on track albeit delayed. The consummation of the agreement and terms to break escrow has taken a bit longer than initially thought, however it is progressing and all parties are committed to seeing the transaction take place on or before February 29, 2016.

Mr. Alexander further commented, “I would like to address the heavy volume that has taken place since November 25, 2015. As of today, I can confirm that according to the Transfer Agent, there is less than 1.8 million shares of common stock that has been deposited into DTCC. I believe that the company has been targeted but unscrupulous promotional firms of which the company has not been party to.”

About Frac Sand: Frac Sand is a proppant used in the oil and gas business as a part of the hydraulic fracturing process – a means of increasing flow to the wellhead. Frac sand must have particular characteristics including achieving certain levels of crush resistance, sphericity and roundness, and it is therefore a relatively rare commodity.
