WESTLAKE, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TravelCenters of America LLC (TravelCenters), operator of the TA® and Petro Stopping Centers® travel center brands, has announced the opening of a new Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen, a Minit Mart® convenience store and a Shell® gasoline offering at the TA located at I-75, Exit 141 (289 Howard Baker Hwy) in Caryville, Tennessee.
These new offerings enhance the driver experience already offered by the location’s truck repair and maintenance facility. The new Popeyes® will serve the southern-style cooking that has made Popeyes® famous. Guests can choose from any of the full menu options, including chicken and shrimp meals and sandwiches, in addition to signature side dishes, sauces and desserts. The restaurant dining room has seating for 66 people, a staff of 37 employees, and is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Inside the new Minit Mart®, customers will be greeted by our friendly staff in a store stocked with Minit Mart’s refreshing Cool Cup® fountain beverages, World Blends® Coffee, and fresh food offering from our onsite O’Deli’s® kitchen, including healthy snack choices.
A newly remodeled and expanded truck parking lot, diesel islands, CAT® truck scale and a professional driver entrance are scheduled to open in late May 2016.
