CALGARY, AB – March 14, 2016 – Sproule Associates Limited (“Sproule”) and Gas Processing Management Inc. (“GPMi”) are pleased to announce collaboration on the publication of oil, gas and natural gas liquids price forecasts as part of the Sproule-GPMi strategic alliance.

Sproule has been providing price forecasts to the oil and gas industry for over 40 years for use in reserves and resources evaluations, M&A related due diligence and field development planning projects. The integration of GPMi’s knowledge and expertise in NGL markets supports the rigor of the forecast, which is used by TSX listed companies for their annual National Instrument 51-101 compliant reserve evaluations and assists clients with their navigation of the current market turmoil. The forecasts are available for download at: www.sproule.com/forecasts.

“Given the volatility in today’s markets we welcome the opportunity to pair the experience of both Sproule’s and GPMi’s price forecasting teams to help our clients better understand commodity price uncertainty,” said GPMi Principal Gerry Goobie.

“Our partnership on our monthly price forecast publication is just another example of our joint commitment to offer clients best in class solutions for integrated subsurface, infrastructure and market advice,” said Christoffer Mylde, Vice President, Corporate Development and Partner of Sproule.

In September 2015, Sproule and GPMi inked a strategic alliance, offering planning and advisory services across the complete oil and gas value chain, from the reservoir to end use markets. Recognized as respective industry leaders in reservoir analysis and infrastructure planning and evaluation, Sproule and GPMi are uniquely positioned to provide integrated field development planning service offerings including A&D valuation, LNG feedstock planning, resource forecasts and market analysis, reservoir development, infrastructure analysis, opportunity identification, and training solutions all designed to optimize asset value.
