Paul Morgan has 20 years of experience providing insight into the economics across all oil and gas sectors with the last decade focused on the upstream sector. He has served as the senior economist for the upstream divisions of consulting firms and built practical insights by working at BHP Billiton in the exploration/new ventures group.
