GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA – September 06, 2016 –Roska DBO Inc. is pleased to announce that it has completed an acquisition of Canadian production testing and flowback assets from a global services company and has now entered the production testing and flowback business. All assets acquired will operate under the Roska brand as Roska PTS, a division of Roska DBO Inc.

This transaction is consistent with Roska’s long-term focus and commitment to the Peace Country. With a newly acquired 5 acre, 13,000 square foot facility in Grande Prairie, Roska strengthens their local presence, and deepens their ability to service customers in key plays including the Deep Basin, Montney, and Duvernay.

In addition, the newly acquired comprehensive, modern and well-built fleet of equipment assets include 10 high-pressure frac packages (each package is comprised of a separator, ESD, flowline, dual-drop manifold, liquid storage tank, flare stack and auxiliary equipment), three medium pressure packages, and 19 low-pressure packages.

The expanded team, operating infrastructure, and equipment align well with Roska’s experience in Early Production Facilities. This enhanced capacity enables the transition from testing to engineered temporary facilities on Extended Well Tests as a cost saving opportunity for customers and a logical extension of Roska’s existing offering.
