Request for: Exploration and Development Proposals – Gambler First Nation

GAMBLER I.R. #61

The Gambler First Nation has requested that Indian Oil and Gas Canada advise the oil and gas industry that they are interested in receiving proposals for the exploration and development of the following oil and gas rights within the Gambler I.R. #61.

The available lands are located in Townships 18 & 19, Ranges 28 & 29 W1M. The lands comprise approximately 416.60 hectares more or less and all the following P&NG rights are available:

P&NG in all formations:

Twp. 18, Rge. 29 W1M:         Lsd 13 & 14-23, Lsd 9 & 16-25, Ptn. E 33 and NW & Ptn. SW 34
Twp. 19, Rge. 28 W1M:         SE 7
Twp. 19, Rge. 29 W1M:         S 1

Proposals for a lease should address the following:

  1. Lease bonus.
  2. Royalty.
  3. Term (The Nation will consider initial terms from 3 to 5 years depending on work commitments).
  4. Drilling commitments.
  5. Employment and training opportunities for Gambler First Nation members.

Any terms and conditions not addressed in the Proposal will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Indian Oil and gas Regulations 1995 and IOGC’s standard lease agreements.

Proposals should be in a sealed envelope markedGambler First Nation Call for Proposals.
