CALGARY, July 12, 2017 /CNW/ – Northern Blizzard Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX: NBZ) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Cona Resources Ltd. effective immediately, following approval of the name change at the special meeting of the Company’s shareholders held today.
In connection with the name change, the Company’s stock symbol on the Toronto Stock Exchange will be changed to “CONA”. The Company’s common shares are expected to start trading under the new stock symbol next week. No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to this change.
