Cequence Energy Announces Credit Facility Amendment

CALGARY, Nov. 28, 2017 /CNW/ – Cequence Energy Ltd. (the “Company” or “Cequence“) (TSX:CQE) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its semi annual review of its senior credit facilities with its syndicate of lenders. As part of such review, the Company’s borrowing base under the credit facilities has been reduced from $20 million to $12 million. The Company’s credit facilities remain undrawn as of the date of this press release other than outstanding letters of credit of $4.1 million.
