(“PrairieSky”) (TSX:PSK) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.0625 per common share, payable in cash on March 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2018. This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
PrairieSky will release its Annual and Q4 2017 results on Monday, February 26, 2018 after markets close.
