Western Canada’s fleet of drilling rigs went down 7 to 79 according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of May 11th.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts decreased from 68 to 62 Saskatchewan’s rig count increased from 3 to 4.
Oil drilling went from 37 to 32; gas rigs went from 49 to 47.
