Inclusive Energy Ltd. is offering this turnkey Sour Gas Processing Facility deigned to the capacity of 896 103m3 (31.7 MMCFD) of sour gas with a maximum H2S content of 400 PPMV and a CO2 content of approximately 1.4%.

Major equipment includes: Inlet Separator Package 84”ID x 20’ s/s design 285 PSIG@100 Deg. F, Inlet Filter Package 26” ID x 9’ s/s design 285 PSIG@100 Deg. F, Amine Package 36”ID x 52’ s/s Vertical Amine Contactor design 1610 PSIG @ -20/180 Deg. F c/w (20) 316L SS Valve Trays, Horizontal Amine Reboiler 84”ID x 30’ s/s 3,000,000 BTU/HR Direct Fired Integral Surge Section, Horizontal Three Bay Air Cooled Heat Exchanger, and Glycol Dehydration Skid 42” x 34’ s/s 1650 PSIG DP @ -20/150 Deg. F.

The plant was engineered and built to remove the H2S and some CO2 by contact with a 45-50 wt% solution of Methyl Diethanolamine (MDEA) and remove water through a glycol dehydration system to produce a dry gas which meets a hydrocarbon dewpoint of -9.5 deg. C (15 deg F) at a delivery pressure of 9650 kPa (1400 PSIG).

Sour built 2 phase inlet separator which was recently refurbished in 2015

Includes 36″ ID x 10′ S/S Inlet Filter Separator (285psig) – was added in 2004 and can by bypassed with spec flanges (see drawings)

Unit was decommissioned in September 2016 and was operating well prior to that.

  • Refurbished (2015) estimated cost over $ 100,000
  • Refurbish activities included: brought back to original specs replaced nozzles, repaired anomalies in the shell, new internal coating
  • Components: inlet separator, filter and building
