Western Canada’s fleet of drilling rigs went up 27 to 139 according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of June 15th.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts increased 68 to 91. Saskatchewan’s rig count increased from 27 to 30.
Oil drilling went from 69 to 87; gas rigs increased from 43 to 52.
