Western Canada’s fleet of drilling rigs decreased to to a total of 204 according to data collected by Baker Hughes for the week of September 7th.
From one week ago, Alberta rig counts decreased from 160 to 144. Saskatchewan’s rig count decreased from 48 to 41.
Oil drilling went from 151 to 133; natural gas rigs increased from 77 to 71.
