Imperial Oil Resources Limited (“Imperial”), on behalf of ExxonMobil Canada Energy (“ExxonMobil”), has initiated a process for the disposition of its Hussar asset. The Hussar asset   consists of operated and non-operated properties located in southern Alberta as further outlined below.

Hussar Area

ExxonMobil’s 2018 Average Production

• Gas production of 3.0 mmcf per day
• Liquids production of 260 bbl per day

Major Producing Formations

• Belly River, Ellerslie, Glauconite, Medicine Hat, Milk River, Viking

Key Features

• Low decline base production
• Undeveloped oil upside opportunity
• Significant ownership in gathering system
• Ownership in key area infrastructure including gas plants and batteries
• Spare fractionation capacity available

The package represents ExxonMobil’s working interest and royalty interest in the Hussar area.
