The cash dividend to be paid on November 23, 2016, in respect of the period from October 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016, for shareholders of record on October 31, 2016 will be $0.005 per common share of Eagle. The ex-dividend date is October 27, 2016. Eagle’s dividend has been designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
