Canada Energy Partners Inc. Announces Board Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – Dec. 20, 2013) – Canada Energy Partners Inc. (“Canada Energy” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:CE) announces that Nick Orlando has resigned as a Director of the Company due to personal reasons. The Company would like to thank Nick for his valuable contribution to the board and wish him well in his future endeavors.

The Company is an oil and gas exploration firm with a concentrated land position on two natural gas resource plays in British Columbia, the Montney Shale and the Gething coalbed methane plays.
