We are pleased to announce that Petro Ninja is now available for iPhone and Android devices.
Petro Ninja is a new mapping application that displays well and production data for Alberta, Saskatchewan, and soon British Columbia.

Data Capture
The problem with a lot of data recorded in the field is storage. Where can you store field data so it remains accessible and useful in the future? Pictures of well sites, risers, pipelines, and facilities are a great example of data that loses its value if you do not know where and when they were recorded. Too often photos are stored in file folders or email inboxes where you quickly lose track of the exact location. Why not store them on a map with corresponding oil and gas data?
The Petro Ninja Mobile app allows you to:
- Take pictures and save them to the map
- Share photos in real time with colleagues and customers
- Record data even when you have no cell reception
Data recorded using the mobile app is also available on the web application, where it can be downloaded or used as a layer on your map. Soon you’ll also be able to record notes and fill in forms that can be attached to the map.
