2. Resolution to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as the Corporation's auditors with 99.96 per cent of the shares represented at the Meeting voting in favour of the resolution.
3. Resolution to accept the Corporation's approach to executive compensation (“say on pay”) as disclosed in ARC's 2019 Information Circular – Proxy Statement, with 93.25 per cent of shares represented at the Meeting voting in favour of the advisory resolution.
Effective May 1, 2019, Mr. James Houck has retired from ARC's Board of Directors after 11 years of service. ARC would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Mr. Houck for the contributions he has made to ARC over the years with his thoughtful approach to the business and governance.
