PanTerra Resource Corp. Announces Name Change to Ikkuma Resources Corp. and Share Consolidation

CALGARY, Sept. 19, 2014 /CNW/ – PanTerra Resource Corp. (the “Corporation“) (TSX VENTURE: PRC) is pleased to advise that it has completed its previously announced name change and consolidation.

The Corporation’s name has been changed from “PanTerra Resource Corp.” to “Ikkuma Resources Corp.” (the “Name Change“).  The articles of the Corporation were also amended to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation (“Common Shares“) on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation Common Share for every ten (10) pre‑consolidation Common Shares (the “Consolidation“), resulting in approximately 80,158,767 Common Shares in the capital of the Corporation issued and outstanding.  The Name Change and Consolidation were approved by the shareholders of the Corporation at an annual and special meeting of shareholders held on September 17, 2014.

The Common Shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis and under its new name at the opening of trading on Monday, September 22, 2014 under the new symbol “IKM”.

Letters of transmittal are being mailed to shareholders of the Corporation to be utilized to exchange their Common Shares for new Common Shares on a post-Name Change and post-Consolidation basis.
