Tracy Bellingham, a seasoned leader with 20 years at GLJ, has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Tracy’s extensive expertise includes corporate reserves and resource evaluations, reservoir and development studies, A&D, and overseeing GLJ’s oil sands evaluations. Tracy strives to build strong, long-term relationships with clients, recognizing client’s needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Her leadership will drive operational excellence and ensure GLJ continues to deliver reliable, high-quality evaluations and services to its clients.
Chad Lemke appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Chad Lemke, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been appointed to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over two decades of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including advancing unconventional resource development throughout his tenure, Chad has been instrumental in advancing GLJ’s resource and economic evaluation services across Canada, the United States, South America, and Europe. In his new role, Chad will focus on spearheading GLJ’s commercial strategy and fostering innovative solutions that support clients through critical decision-making processes.
Carolyn Baird and Scott Quinell promoted to Vice Presidents of Corporate Evaluations
Carolyn Baird and Scott Quinell have been elevated to Vice Presidents of Corporate Evaluations. Carolyn brings over two decades of expertise in reserves, resources, and economic evaluations, coupled with her leadership in ESG data visualization and reporting. Scott’s 18+ years of resource and economic evaluations experience includes supporting clients through numerous complex Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) and miscible flood projects across western Canada. Together, they will strengthen GLJ’s ability to deliver trusted evaluations and strategic insights to clients worldwide.
Kim Mohler promoted to Vice President, Project Development
Kim Mohler, a veteran with 40 years in the energy industry, has been promoted to Vice President of Project Development. Since joining GLJ in 2019, Kim has made significant contributions in subsurface engineering, reserves evaluation, and emerging technology projects. Her leadership will further GLJ’s efforts in lithium brine, geothermal, decarbonization, and enhanced oil recovery projects, ensuring innovative and practical solutions for the energy sector’s most pressing challenges.
