The resolution to appoint the eight (8) nominees as directors of the Company was passed on a vote by poll and each of the directors received the following votes for their election:

The resolution to appoint KPMG LLP as the Company’s auditors was approved with 107,943,402 (99.968%) of the shares represented at the Meeting voting in favour of the resolution.
The non-binding advisory resolution to accept the Company’s approach to executive compensation was voted for with 97,941,394 (91.248%) of the shares represented at the Meeting voting in favour of the resolution.
