Acquisition brings nearly a decade of electrical and gas fitting expertise into Noralta’s growing service network
CALGARY, AB — September 21, 2026 — Noralta Technologies Inc. (“Noralta”) today announced that it has acquired ARG Group Inc. (“ARG”), a Lloydminster-based provider of electrical and gas fitting services. Founded in 2016, ARG has spent close to a decade building a strong reputation for safe, reliable work across Lloydminster and the surrounding area, serving both major energy producers and independent operators.

Zarowny added that the fit extends beyond operations. “It is not only the work standards that line up. The acquisition strengthens Noralta’s footprint in the Lloydminster region and adds depth to its service offering, while Noralta brings additional resources, systems, and support to the ARG team.
