Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2 cents per share payable December 1, 2015, to shareholders of record on November 13, 2015.

Energen Corporation is an oil and gas exploration and production company with headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama. At year-end 2014, the company had 1.1 billion barrels of oil-equivalent proved, probable, and possible reserves and another 2.2 billion barrels of oil-equivalent contingent resources.
