(“Stonehaven” or the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE: SE) reports that Mr. Gordon Mayr, P.Eng. has been appointed a director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Mayr is a professional petroleum engineer with over 20 years of oil and gas experience.

Mr. Ken Stephenson has resigned as a director of the Company for personal reasons, effective immediately. Stonehaven thanks Mr. Stephenson for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
