Pinecrest Energy Inc. announces board change

CALGARY , Feb. 28, 2013 /CNW/ – Pinecrest Energy Inc. (“Pinecrest” or the “Company”) announces that as a result of a potential conflict created by his appointmnent as Interim Chief Executive Officer of another issuer, Mr. David Fitzpatrick has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Pinecrest. The Board and management of Pinecrest wish to thank Mr. Fitzpatrick for the valuable contributions he has made during his tenure with Pinecrest and would like to wish him success in his future endeavours.

The Pinecrest Board now consists of 3 independent members and 2 members of management.
