Butte appoints CEO and President

CALGARY, April 19, 2013 /CNW/ – Butte Energy Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Ty Pfeifer was appointed CEO and President effective April 18, 2013. Charles Baker who is stepping down from his executive role to pursue other interests will continue to serve as a Director of the Company.

Mr. Pfeifer, previously appointed as the Company’s Vice President, Business Development, is a geoscientist with more than 30 years of experience in both domestic and international oil and gas ventures. As an evaluationist and explorationist, Mr. Pfeifer is a proponent of innovative technology development and application. He has served in various executive capacities with both private and public companies.
