Ms. Nelson is a welcome addition to PanTerra and brings a wealth of oil & gas and business experience to its Board. Ms. Nelson served for fifteen years as an elected member of the Alberta Legislative Assembly where she held office as Minister of Energy, Minister of Economic Development and Tourism as well as Minister of Government Services and Minister of Finance. She currently sits on numerous other boards and committees. Her appointment is subject to the approval of the TSX-V Exchange.
