Roane has been appointed to its Board of Directors effective January 27, 2014. Mr. Roane has extensive professional experience as a successful investment banker and portfolio manager. In recent years he has been involved as a director of several companies and has contributed significantly to their success. He currently serves as a director of Enerplus Resources Corporation, SilverWillow Energy Corporation, Badger Daylighting Ltd., Logan International Inc. and the GBC American Growth Fund. Mr. Roane also served a six year term as a member of the Alberta Securities Commission. Mr. Roane holds a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and holds the ICD.D designation.
