Richard Couillard as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation effective immediately. On September 1, 2014, Mr. Couillard will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the Corporation.
As of September 1, 2014 Alfred B. Sorensen, current CEO, will step down to pursue other business ventures, but will remain a director of the Corporation, thereby continuing to play a role in furthering the Corporation’s objectives.
