Huntington Announces Proposed Extension of Expiry Date of Certain Outstanding Warrants

CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – Dec. 4, 2014) – Huntington Exploration Inc. (“Huntington” or the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE:HEI) announced today that it intends to extended the expiry date of the 9,750,000 common share purchase warrants originally issued on December 31, 2012, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Corporation intends to extended the expiry date of all such warrants until December 31, 2017. The application for the extension of the term of the warrants has been submitted to the TSX Venture Exchange.
