CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – Jan. 19, 2015) – PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. (“PrairieSky“) (TSX:PSK) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.10833 per common share to be paid on February 17, 2015 to shareholders of record on January 30, 2015.
This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
