CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – April 14, 2015) – Eagle Energy Trust (TSX:EGL.UN) (“Eagle“) confirms its April 2015 distribution. The cash distribution to be paid on May 22, 2015, in respect of the period from and including April 1, 2015 to April 30, 2015, for unitholders of record on April 30, 2015 will be $0.03 per trust unit. The ex-distribution date is April 28, 2015.
The annualized distribution of $0.36 per trust unit represents a cash-on-cash yield of 12.3% based on the closing price of our trust units on the Toronto Stock Exchange on April 14, 2015 of $2.92. Unlike fixed income securities, Eagle has no obligation to distribute any fixed amount and reductions in, or suspension of, cash distributions may occur that would reduce future yield.
