Canadian Oil Sands to Hold Annual General Meeting

CALGARY, AB–(Marketwired – April 24, 2015) – Canadian Oil Sands Limited (“COS”) (TSX: COS) will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. MT (4:30 p.m. ET) in the Ballroom of the Metropolitan Conference Centre, located at 333 Fourth Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.

A live webcast of the meeting and presentation slides will be available and archived for 90 days at: www.cdnoilsands.com.

The close of business on March 16, 2015 was fixed as the record date for determination of those shareholders entitled to receive notice and to vote at the meeting. If voting by mail, all proxies must be received by Computershare Trust Company no later than 2:30 p.m. (MDT) on Tuesday, April 28, 2015.

COS plans to release its first quarter 2015 results after market close the same day.
