CALGARY, May 28, 2015 /CNW/ – Teine Energy Ltd. “Teine” or the “Company” announces that Mr. David Tuer will be resigning as Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of the Company effective June 22, 2015. Mr. Tuer has also resigned as a director effective immediately. Teine’s management and its directors thank Mr. Tuer for his service and wish him the best in his future endeavours. Teine also announces that Mr. Jason Denney has been appointed as President and a Director of the Company at a board of directors meeting held today. Mr. Denney was formerly Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company and Mr. Tuer will be assisting Mr. Denney with transitioning until his departure on June 22, 2015.
