Softrock Minerals releases record second quarter results

CALGARY, Aug, 19, 2015 /CNW/ – Softrock Minerals (TSV Venture: SFT) is pleased to announce its financial and operating results for the three and six months ending June 30, 2015.

Second Quarter Highlights Are

  • Revenue during the second quarter tripled over the same quarter last year from $6,533 to $19,646 due primarily to the addition of the first producing well on the Company's farmed out 640 acre lease in the Charlie Lake oilfield of northwestern Alberta for which the company retained a GORR of 2 and one-half per cent for each well with no deductions for treatment, Further drilling is being considered.
  • Net Income for the quarter was $7,124. The first positive income quarter since the last quarter of 2013.
  • The company is debt free and has a working capital of $23,736
