TEMPE, AZ–(Marketwired – August 26, 2015) – enChoice®, Inc. announced today the availability of KwikWork Integrator version 1.3 for IBM® Content Navigator (ICN) and IBM Case Manager. This new release enables organizations to provide line of business (LOB) system users with seamless access to documents stored within ICN-supported repositories — without any development.
IBM Content Navigator provides an external data services (EDS) plugin for integration. However, executing integrations can be time consuming and resource-intensive because code development is required. KwikWork Integrator enables business analysts, solution architects and system administrators to configure the EDS plugin in just minutes.
KwikWork Integrator 1.3 leverages security role mapping on the ICN server to allow users working in financial, accounting, engineering and other LOB systems to view content stored in IBM enterprise content management (ECM) repositories (i.e. invoices and drawings) without logging into ICN. The solution also permits ECM users to perform lookups and retrieve associated information from LOB applications.
Additional Integrator 1.3 features include the ability to associate documents to cases within IBM Case Manager directly from Microsoft Office, and the ability to use large data sets (>100,000 rows) in LOB application lookups. Type-ahead (autocomplete) functionality allows users to quickly find what they need.
