HOUSTON, Nov. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Cheniere Energy Partners LP Holdings, LLC (NYSE MKT: CQH) (“Cheniere Partners Holdings” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.020 per common share representing limited liability company interest in the Company. The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of close of business November 20, 2015.
Cheniere Partners Holdings owns a 55.9% limited partner interest in Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE MKT: CQP) (“Cheniere Partners”), a publicly traded limited partnership. Cheniere Partners Holdings’ only business consists of owning limited partner units of Cheniere Partners, and, accordingly, its results of operations and financial condition are dependent on the performance of Cheniere Partners.
