Roe Patterson, President and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present at the Cowen & Company 5^th Annual Ultimate Energy Conference to be held in New York City on Tuesday, December 1 at approximately 4:10 p.m. Eastern Time (3:10 p.m. Central Time). Mr. Patterson is also scheduled to present at the Capital One Securities 10^th Annual Energy Conference to be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on Wednesday, December 9 at approximately 10:40 a.m. Central Time (11:40 a.m. Eastern Time).

Alan Krenek, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to present at the 2015 Bank of America Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance Conference in Boca Raton, Florida on Wednesday, December 2 at approximately 4:40 p.m. Eastern Time (3:40 p.m. Central Time).
