HAMILTON, BERMUDA–(Marketwired – Jan. 20, 2016) – Teekay Corporation (Teekay or the Company) (NYSE:TK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.055 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2015, down from $0.55 per share paid in the prior quarter and consistent with the Company’s previously announced plan to temporarily reduce its quarterly cash dividend in response to temporary distribution reductions by the Company’s two master limited partnerships, Teekay Offshore Partners L.P. and Teekay LNG Partners L.P. The cash dividend is payable on February 18, 2016 to all shareholders of record as at February 5, 2016.
